- Carton Squareness & Side Belt Guidance:
- Empty, lightweight paperboard pharmaceutical cartons (30–80 grams) bounce or twist under normal conveyor motion.
- HLT T116 utilizes a dual-sided timing belt conveyor paired with a top-hold flat timing belt driven by the same servo motor. The box is gripped on three sides simultaneously while passing the corner knife.
- Two-Stage Corner Wipe System:
- Stage 1: The label peel plate dispenses the top half of the label flush onto the top surface of the moving box.
- Stage 2: An air-blast nozzle pre-folds the trailing edge over the 90° corner, followed immediately by an angled silicone contour wiper roller that firmly presses the label onto the side panel.
- Double-Corner Sealing Option (Dual Head):
- For premium high-security packaging (smartphones, cosmetics, pharmaceutical vials in cartons), HLT T116 can be configured with dual labeling heads to seal opposite diagonal corners simultaneously in a single pass.
