HLT Export Machinery Delivery Standard Protocol
- Free Sample Material Trial Run:
- Send 20–30 empty container samples and 1 roll of die-cut labels to our Dongguan manufacturing facility.
- Our application engineers evaluate container surface energy, draft angles, and label adhesive tack.
- We record a 4K close-up video of continuous labeling, verify speed and tolerance benchmarks, and mail labeled sample containers back for client quality review.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Pre-Shipment Validation:
- Upon completion of machine assembly, our QC team runs a 500-unit continuous stress test.
- Inspection covers: labeling accuracy (±0.5mm check via dial gauge), bubble-free adhesion, fiber-optic trigger stability, emergency stop interlock, and electrical insulation resistance test.
- A formal Factory Acceptance Certificate with serial number and live video sign-off is issued prior to packing.
- International Electrical Standards:
- Every HLT machine is custom-wired to match the client's national power grid:
- USA, Canada, Mexico: 110V / 120V 60Hz 1-Phase (or 208V / 240V / 480V 3-Phase).
- Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand: 220V – 240V 50Hz 1-Phase (or 380V – 415V 3-Phase).
- Japan: 100V / 200V 50/60Hz.
- Ocean & Air Freight Packaging Protection:
- Heavy-duty solid plywood crating compliant with ISPM 15 / IPPC regulations (no pest fumigation required).
- Moisture-proof VCI anti-corrosion barrier bag with desiccants protects bare CNC metal surfaces against maritime humidity.
- Bolted heavy steel base frame prevents sliding or tipping inside standard 20ft/40ft shipping containers.
